Before putting my home on the market in October of 2021 I interviewed three real estate agents. I was very impressed with Russell’s presentation, and even more, impressed after I hired him. He and his staff helped me with every detail. They were all polite and efficient. Russell truly has this down to a science and is very detail-oriented in every step of the process. Not only did we get a great price, but we got a great offer (it is more complex than most people realize). Even after the sale, he was still there to help with anything I needed. I have bought and sold eight properties. This was the best experience I’ve had with a realtor.

Russell Rhodes and The Rhodes Team, as our real estate agent, have been nothing but spectacular. Communication from his staff and his expertise and knowledge of the market has enabled us to maximize our net on the selling of our home. Russell gave us instruction and homework to do from the start. We followed his direction on everything. Russell provided us with great contractors to help get our house in selling order. We followed it verbatim. Also, communication was the very best. We never had to worry about any questions being unanswered. His timely responses and follow-up were perfect! If I was to scale Russell and his staff’s performance on the sale of our home, I would give it an 11 out of 10. That’s how good they were!

Exemplary! Exceptional! Far exceeded expectations! That’s what immediately came to mind to summarize our experience working with Russell.
Russell Rhodes, our realtor helped us buy and sell our home 5 years ago. We were extremely impressed with his expertise, the depth and breadth of his industry insights, exceptionally helpful team, responsiveness to every question, professionalism, and kindness. We were blown away then and raved about Russell to friends and neighbors for years…
So naturally, when it came time in 2021 for us to buy and sell our home again, Russell was our ONLY choice. We expected the same outstanding level of interactions. He had already set a high bar then. To our delight, Russell exceeded them all! It’s like re-reading a book or news article the second or third time. You catch things you hadn’t noticed before. I gained greater appreciation and insights during numerous interactions with Russell.
Russell is a gem. Russell is simply, the best of the best. He knows facts and figures about real estate. Russell knows the people in the adjacent industries, lenders, appraisers, contractors, and most (probably all) realtors in the area. We benefited from his masterful negotiations that saved us time, money, and risk! It was amazing to see how he negotiated a competitive situation to our advantage. It was obvious he achieved numerous real estate accolades!
We bought and sold during an extremely competitive real estate market where multiple offers were common. I was so thankful to have Russell and his team on our side. The home staggers did an amazing job, taking the home from good to great! The marketing materials were sharp, crisp, beautiful and in color, unlike other cheap- looking printed copies of MLS we saw elsewhere. His team were more than responsive. They anticipated our needs, and always asked if they could assist with more! They did so much. I couldn’t think of anything more.
How did Russell top this? It was Russell as a person. Russell came to our home one evening to begin the process. We had a lot to discuss. It was going to be a late night. Duane and I were trying to help our daughter decide on her first real job out of college. She had to choose between 2 job offers. We asked Russell to recommend one of them. I thought Russel would give a quick response as it was clear to us which job offer was better. He did more than that! He listened to our daughter, asked questions, shared his career experience, and spent 45 minutes chatting with her! He genuinely cared, gave excellent advice, and made quite an impression on her.
Besides being the best in his field, he’s an overall fantastic person who is kind, respectful, funny, and a down to earth person. I know he gets flown around the country in private jets. You would never know this. I trust Russell with our real estate needs. I trust his integrity. More than that, I trust him to advise our children, and to manage our bank account. We wholeheartedly trust, respect, and appreciate all that he’s done for us! We consider Russell a family friend.
